Samsung has launched a new display lineup for 2024. As per the information, Samsung at CES 2024 revealed the new Neo QLED 8K TV with a 3rd generation NPU chipset for AI processing. Samsung has also shared a teaser for a new transparent Micro LED display panel in the country.
Samsung Neo QLED 8K TVs: Key features
The all new Samsung Neo QLED 8K TVs comes with the NQ8 Gen 3 NPU. This chipset enables upscaling capabilities in the TV up to 8K resolution using AI.
The Neo QLED 8K TVs have a thickness of just 12.9mm for an immersive viewing experience. Samsung says that the TV offers a unique mirror effect where it appears to hover in its surroundings with its Infinity Air Design. It also features Q-Symphony, which allows users to connect to multiple wireless speakers, soundbars, and even external projectors.
Samsung has also revamped its Tizen OS for its 2024 TV lineup. The new UI offers a faster content discovery experience, which will provide content suggestions based on viewing history.
Ahead of CES 2024, Samsung has unveiled its S95D TV with a glare-free design. It features a 77-inch OLED screen that is Pantone Verfified and comes with AI-enhanced colour accuracy. The new glare-free coating makes the TV up to 20% brighter.
