Honor is expected to launch new smartphones in China and today an image of the HONOR 90 GT smartphone was leaked. In the meantime, the company could significantly raise the bar in the field of smartphone photography by introducing a 160 MP periscope camera.
The first renderings of the HONOR 90 GT have leaked
Today, the unreleased HONOR 90 GT smartphone was accidentally listed online for pre-order. Even though the company immediately removed the product, the most astute had time to download the image of the Android smartphone.
According to the renders, the device features an iPhone-style flat bezel design with a glossy chassis but appears to be made of plastic rather than metal.
In the image, the HONOR 90 GT appears in light blue color with two racing stripes starting from the rear camera module, however we can expect the device to be available in other color options as well. The rectangular camera island on the back includes two sensors and an LED flashlight.
As for the specifications, it is rumored that the HONOR 90 GT will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset combined with up to 24 GB of RAM and that the main camera will offer optical image stabilization (OIS).
No news has yet emerged regarding the type of panel, but we can expect it to sport an OLED display.
