Honor confirmed the launch of the upcoming Honor Magic 6 series smartphones. The render of the Porsche Design of the upcoming Magic 6 and Magic 6 Pro were leaked on Weibo, giving an overview of the design.
The Magic 6 Pro was also spotted in 3C certification by our team later. The 3C certification confirmed the fast charging capabilities and 5G connectivity of the upcoming devices. A tipster (via) on Weibo has tipped the key specifications of the vanilla Magic 6 smartphone.
Honor Magic 6 Expected Specifications
The Magic 6 smartphone is said to offer significant improvements over its predecessor, the Magic 5 series smartphones. The tipster reveals that Honor will equip the vanilla smartphone with a curved AMOLED display. The display will support 3840Hz PWM dimming, similar to other Honor smartphones. The device is tipped to incorporate Oasis eye protection for enhanced protection in comparison to other smartphones.
Honor will also equip the upcoming smartphones with in-house Jurhino display protection to protect the devices from scratches and cracks. Honor previously confirmed that it will equip the upcoming devices with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. The forthcoming smartphone will run on Magic OS 8.0 based on Android 14 out of the box. The tipster reveals that a 5800mAh Qinghai Lake Battery will back the upcoming smartphone.
