The technology features E-Ink Prism 3, which uses microstructures that consist of colour particles that carry positive and negative charges.
Infinix claims that with the E-Color Shift technology, users will be able to customise their smartphone’s rear panel without worrying about battery, since this technology doesn’t require power.
Infinix Extreme Temperature Battery Technology Showcased at CES 2024
Infinix also showcased its Extreme-tech Battery technology. This technology address the issue of battery failing in extreme cold condition. Infinix says that in order to tackle the problem, it is using biomimetic electrolyte and fusion solid-state technology in electrodes which allows the batteries to operate without any issue in temperatures up to -40°C.
The technology also allows users to charge the battery in ambient temperatures of -40°C to 60°C. The company claims that the Extreme-Temp Battery ensures smooth performance and endurance in extreme cold environments, which is not possible with lithium-ion batteries.
