Nothing is looking to launch a new device called Phone 2a. The device has been subject to numerous leaks since the last couple of weeks.
Additionally, the specifications of the device were also revealed by Android app developer Dylan Roussel. Now, the detailed specifications, wallpapers, launch date information, and display details of the smartphone have been revealed once again. This time tipster Kamila posted the details in collaboration with the folks at Smartprix.
Nothing Phone (2a) To Feature 120Hz AMOLED Display, 50MP Dual-camera Setup
According to the latest report published by Smartprix the Nothing Phone (2) will feature an AMOLED display with 1084×2412 pixels resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display on the device will be manufactured by BOE and Visionox. Powering the smartphone will be MediaTek’s octa-core Dimensity 7200 SoC.
The smartphone will boast a 50MP primary camera (Samsung S5KGN9 sensor) camera which has a 1/1.5″ sensor size and 1.0micron pixel size. The 50MP sensor will be paired with a secondary 50MP Samsung S5KJN1 ultrawide camera, which has a 1/2.76″ sensor size and 0.64micron pixel size. For the selfies and video-calling purpose, the device will sport a 32MP camera (Sony IMX615 sensor).
The Nothing Phone (2a) will be available in four regions, and the codename for the variants are PacmanIND (India), PacmanJPN (Japan), PacmanEEA (Europe), and Pacman (global). The device will launch in the Black and White colour options. The smartphone will include seven wallpapers which will be dubbed as ‘Ruxe’, ‘Nexul’, ‘Azunim White’, ‘Orbique’, ‘Rubrane Black’, ‘Ambra’, and ‘Virmar’.
