The Sony INZONE Buds are priced at $216. These will be available for purchase across Sony’s Retail Stores, ShopatSC portal, Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce portals starting from January 16, 2024.
The Sony INZONE gaming earbuds feature an in-ear design with rubber ear tips. The company says that these earbuds have minimal contact with your ears to ensure comfort. These are equipped with 8.4mm drivers and have support ANC.
The earbuds also have low latency of below 30ms to avoid any sound delay while gaming. They have support for LC3 codec. The INZONE earbuds use Bluetooth Low Energy for audio transmission. The biggest highlight of the earbuds is their support for personalized spatial audio. Users can take a picture of their ear and upload it in the Sony companion app, after which the INZONE earbuds will optimize their sound output based on the shape of their ears.
The microphone on the earbuds uses AI for noise filtration, which is trained over 500 million voice samples. The company says that this feature ensures that the microphone does not pick up unwanted sounds from the background which could be a nuisance for other players in voice communication.
