Vivo has just confirmed the launch of the upcoming Vivo S18 series smartphones in China. Vivo will debut Vivo S18, Vivo S18 Pro and Vivo S18e smartphones at the event on December 14 in China.

Vivo has been sharing teasers about the launch of the upcoming smartphones with the caption “Studio level Portraits” on Weibo.
The upcoming S18 series smartphones sport a centred punch hole cutout to house the selfie camera. Vivo confirms that the upcoming smartphones sport a 50MP selfie camera with dual soft lights.
The S18 Pro smartphone will sport a 50MP VCS Sony IMX 920 primary lens with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS). The primary sensor will be paired with a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide sensor with f/2.0 aperture.
The S18 Pro will also sport a 12MP Sony IMX 663 telephoto sensor with 2x optical zoom. Vivo previously confirmed that the smartphones will sport a Blue Heart AI model to enhance the photography of the device.
Vivo confirmed that VS18 Pro will sport MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset, built on a 4nm process. The teasers shared by the brand previously divulged that the device scores over 1.2 million on the AnTuTu V10 benchmarking website. The smartphone will be backed by a large 5000mAh battery with 80W wired fast charging tech.
