Vivo has officially launched the new Y-series handset – the Vivo Y28 5G in the market. The Vivo Y28 5G arrives as a successor to the Vivo Y27 which was launched back in July 2023 in the country. The latest Y-series smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6020 SoC, which also includes an integrated Mali G57 GPU.
The Vivo Y28 5G flaunts a 6.56-inch LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a waterdrop notch. The handset offers a 50MP dual-rear camera setup on the optics front. It has an 8MP front camera.
On the security front, it offers a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The Y-series handset comes pre-loaded with Android 13.
