Amazon Music announces the launch of Maestro test

Amazon Music music application would open a test of the AI-generated playlist function Maestro to a small number of American users. Users can use a variety of prompt inputs (including traditional text prompts, emojis, and combinations thereof) to generate unique and customized playlists in seconds. Maestro also lists several suggested prompts to choose from at the bottom of the page.

Specifically, if the user enters 🤖, Maestro will provide a track list that includes electronics and robotics. Amazon also lists a series of officially recommended prompt inputs, including:

😭 and eat🍝 (pasta);

Let my 👶become a genius;

Music in the age of Myspace social networking;

🏜️🌵🤠.

Currently, Amazon Music’s Unlimited tier subscribers can fully use the Maestro function after receiving test qualifications, and can listen to the playlist without restrictions before saving; while Free and Prime tier users with test qualifications can only preview the playlist for 30 seconds before saving.

Amazon stated that Maestro is built on emerging technologies and cannot guarantee correctness. At the same time, Amazon has set up AI fences for this feature to prevent inappropriate prompt input.
