Apple has a new plan for iPhone 15 sales

iPhone 15 lineup 2023

According to the latest report from Bloomberg, Apple is looking to increase its revenue this year by increasing the iPhone 15 lineup’s average selling price. Currently, Apple is focusing on the introduction of the 2023 iPhone 15 Pro Max, which is currently reported as the most expensive iPhone ever.

Apple 2023 Plan

There will be a change in the distribution of the iPhone versions. Due to the economic issues recently, Apple expects its total sales to remain steady at around 85 million units. However, there will be fewer orders for the base iPhone 15 due to issues with CMOS sensors.

Meanwhile, Apple will increase the production of the iPhone 15 Pro. To recall, in 2022, Apple stated that it wouldn’t raise prices for the iPhone 14 lineup, but this was true only for China and the US. In contrast, European iPhone prices saw a significant increase.

In summary, Apple plans to increase its revenue by offering a higher-priced iPhone 15 Pro Max and adjusting the distribution of iPhone versions. Despite some challenges, they believe total sales will remain stable this year.

iPhone 15 Pro & iPhone 15 Pro Max Specifications

As reported, Apple may include the Dynamic Island along with a standard 48 MP primary shooter, and a new design for the iPhone 15 Pro series.

The Pro model is rumored to be launched with an expected peak brightness of up to 2,500 nits with a 60 Hz refresh rate. It is also said that the smartphone will be powered by TSMC’s new 3nm A17 Bionic processor while the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Max are said to get an A16 Bionic chipset.

According to Jeff Pu, an analyst, the previous iPhone 14 Pro generations were introduced at $999 and $1,099 and any price hike would put both the iPhone Pro models above $1,000 for the first time in history, says MacRumors.
