Don’t overlook the most deserving furry friends – Give Senior Dogs a Chance!

Looking for a furry companion to welcome into your home? With numerous animal shelters out there, finding the perfect match can be quite a task. However, the sad truth is that some of the most loving and deserving dogs are often overlooked – Senior dogs.

These adorable older pups have so much love to give but are often left behind in animal shelters due to their age. However, one inspiring shelter volunteer, @sorayalikemariah, is changing the game. She created a heartwarming TikTok video to showcase the charm and companionship senior dogs at East Valley Animal Shelter in Van Nuys, California, have to offer.

Thanks to her efforts, these older pups are finally starting to get the attention and appreciation they deserve. Trust us when we say, these senior dogs are absolutely adorable and worth every moment spent with them.

My heart just melts looking at the adorable sugar-faced dogs. Every one of them is a little bundle of love and cuteness that makes me wish I could take them all home. It’s heartwarming to see the immense love and attention they’re receiving from Soraya and her followers on social media.

One commenter, @lamspr, expressed what we all feel – that these precious pups deserve more than just a shelter kennel. They should have a sanctuary where they can run and play and be free. But the sad reality is that the animal crisis in Southern California makes it difficult to give these furry friends the incredible lives they deserve.

Thankfully, there are heroes like Soraya who are making a difference for these animals through heartwarming videos like this one. She is even going the extra mile by running a GoFundMe campaign to raise funds for the Los Angeles shelters she volunteers at. Her goal is to ensure that all shelter animals get the proper care and attention they deserve.

On her GoFundMe page, she explains, “It’s my mission to improve this situation one step at a time since the city of LA has done nothing for years, and conditions are at a horrendous all-time low.”

If you’re moved by her mission and want to make a difference, you can donate to her GoFundMe campaign or consider donating to a Los Angeles animal shelter.

And if you’re ready to open your heart and home to a furry friend, adopt, don’t shop! You’ll find the unconditional love and loyalty that only a shelter animal can offer.”
