CMF Buds and Neckband Pro Launched

Nothing has officially introduced the Nothing Phone (2a) smartphone in India and globally and along with this, its sub-brand has unveiled the CMF Buds and CMF Neckband Pro.

The CMF Buds and CMF Neckband Pro will be available for purchase, starting March 6 exclusively via Flipkart and Myntra.

CMF Buds: Features, Specifications

As per the official specifications sheet, the all-new CMF Buds feature 12.4mm dynamic drivers with a custom TPU diaphragm. It supports up to 42dB active noise cancellation and offers Transparency mode as well. The CMF Buds pack 4 microphones and feature support for clear voice technology. It supports Dirac Opteo and Ultra Bass Technology 2.0.

The CMF Buds rely on Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity and support the dual-device connection feature for connection with two devices at the same time. There’s also support for Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Switch Pair’ along with the Find My Earbuds feature.

The Nothing X is a companion app for CMF Buds, which allows users to customise equalisers and touch controls such as double tap, triple tap, and tap and hold. The app can also be used for upgrading firmware and it also lets users enable low latency gaming mode, but it is supported only on Nothing smartphones.

Each earbud of the CMF Buds packs a 45mAh battery and can last for up to 8 hours on a single charge. The CMF Buds case packs a 460mAh battery unit and provides around 35.5 hours of music playback. It supports USB-C for fast charging and can provide up to 6.5 hours of music playback with just 10 minutes of charging. The earbuds are IP54-rated and come in Dark Grey, Light Grey, and Orange colours.

CMF Neckband Pro: Features, Specifications

The CMF Neckband Pro has a 13.5mm dynamic driver with titanium-plated custom diaphragm. It features support for up to 50dB noise cancellation and also has Transparency mode.

It also supports Bluetooth 5.3, Google’s Fast Pair, Microsoft’s Swift Pair, and the dual-device connection feature. There are 5 microphones and supports clear voice technology. It has support for the Find My Earbuds feature and offers a low lag gaming mode with less than 120ms latency, but it works only with Nothing smartphones.

The neckband can last up to 37 hours on a single charge and also supports fast charging. Users can customise and control the CMF Neckband Pro via the Nothing X companion app. Additionally, it supports an IP55 rating and comes in Dark Grey, Light Grey, and Orange colour options.
