The South Korean tech giant has recently launched the new foldable devices at the July 2023 unpacked event on July 26th. The all-new Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5 foldables were launched with the same Galaxy S23 Series SoC. Now, it’s time for the upcoming Galaxy S24 Series.

Recently, it was revealed that the South Korean tech giant is looking to launch the Exynos versions of Galaxy S24 series phones in Europe and some Asian countries. Now, according to the latest information the screens on the Galaxy S24 lineup are said to arrive with a thin bezel. Yes, you read that right, as per a reliable tipster Ice Universe (@UniverseIce), the Galaxy S24 and the Galaxy S24+ will have some design changes, and the phones will feature thinner bezels than the Galaxy S23 and the Galaxy S23+.

The popular tipster also stated that the Galaxy S24 and the Galaxy S24+ will have LTPO OLED panels. LTPO screens offer a 1-120Hz variable refresh rate, improving power efficiency and battery life.

Just recently we revealed that the upcoming Samsung flagship phones get a larger battery capacity of the Galaxy S24+. The Galaxy S24+ has a 4,900mAh battery and the company is expected to improve several features in One UI 6.

The Galaxy S24 Ultra might look similar to the Galaxy S23 Ultra. It could be made of titanium, which makes it stronger. The phone’s camera might be the same as the Galaxy S23 Ultra, with a 200MP ISOCELL HP2 sensor. However, the new phone might have a better telephoto camera that can zoom 5 times optically, which is an improvement from the previous 3x zoom.

Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC Info

The Geekbench listing for the S24+ has already revealed that the device is equipped with a chipset codenamed “pineapple” which is speculated to be the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. As per the SoC specifications, the listing reports a prime core clocked @ 3.3GHz alongside 3x cores clocked @ 3.15GHz, 2x cores working @ 2.96GHz and 2x cores @ 2.27GHz. The listing also confirms an Adreno 750 GPU.
