Google Bard comes with Gemini Pro

Google introduced its ChatGPT, Bard, with some interesting features. Google recently integrated Gemini Pro in Bard and has now announced some new updates; Bard can now use Gemini Pro, which is Google’s latest multimodal AI model, across all languages and territories where Bard operates.

Rreportedly, the Gemini Pro in Bard can now support more than 40 languages in over 230 countries. For the uninitiated, Gemini Pro is a large language model (LLM) created by Google’s DeepMind. It is part of the Gemini family of LLMs, which also includes Gemini Ultra and Gemini Nano. Gemini Pro is the best model for scaling across a wide range of tasks. It can understand and work with 38 languages and is available across 180 countries. Apart from that, the Gemini Pro can accept text and imagery as input and generate text as output.

Gemini Pro has now empowered Bard with advanced understanding, improved reasoning, summarization skills, coding, and image generation capabilities. This supports English and is based on the enhanced Imagen 2 model. Also, the Double-Check feature now supports 40 languages.

How to Generate Image using Bard?

Google makes sure everything is clear by adding special watermarks to the images using SynthID, showing that they were made by AI.

AI is the buzzword of 2024 and almost all the tech giants in the world are racing to dominate space. ChatGPT is already in its league of generative AI space and Microsoft’s Copilot is not far behind. As a result, Google is facing fierce competition, and to dominate its position, especially in the search market, it makes sense for Google to be riding the AI bandwagon!
