Ahead of CES 2024, LG introduced a range of new OLED TVs in Las Vegas. The lineup includes M4, G4, C4 and B4 OLED TVs. The company says the TVs will be equipped with new technologies and top-end features. The LG M4 is the first wireless TV that has support for 144Hz refresh rate at 4K resolution.
The LG G4 and M4 TVs are equipped with an Alpha 11 AI processor, which according to the brand is quite an improvement over the predecessor.
LG OLED TVs launched: LG G4 TV
- The LG G4 and M4 TVs ship with the new Alpha 11 AI processor and this is claimed to deliver up to 4x the AI performance, up to 70 percent enhanced graphic performance and up to 30 percent faster processing speed compared to the previous-gen processor.
- The LG M4 has a 65-inch screen size model.
- The LG M4 is a high-end wireless flagship TV that comes with a Zero Connect Box, which users can connect to the TV and the box will beam high-resolution content on the big screen.
- The LG M4 TV comes with a brightness booster max function and this is claimed to deliver 150 percent more brightness level than a B-series TV.
- The LG M4 comes with Dolby Atmos wireless in addition to Wowcast audio. The AI Sound Pro can mimic up to 11.1.2 virtual channels of sound.
LG C4 and B4 OLED TVs
- The C4 TV is a mid-range offering and will feature a new iteration of the Alpha 9 AI processor.
This new generation promises to deliver brighter visuals than the C3 series. Plus, this tweaked brightness will be available in all sizes. - On the other hand, the LG B4 TV is an entry-level option and comes with a new Alpha 8 AI processor that promises improved performance.
- The company is offering a new 48-inch size for this range.
- The B4 TV is equipped with four HDMI 2.1 ports.
- LG says that both C4 and B4 TVs will have the same gaming features as M4 and G4.
