Aside from having names that start with the letter M, Mila Kunis and Megan Fox didn’t have that much in common. However, a fan still mistook Mila for Megan and tried to get a poster of Fox signed by Kunis.

Mila Kunis started her career appearing on the sitcom “That ’70s Show,” where she met her husband, Ashton Kutcher. The two have been married since 2015, and both have successful careers in Hollywood.

Kunis is not just credited with That ‘70s Show; she has a couple more successful projects under her belt. She voiced the household cartoon character Meg from The Family Guy. Kunis also acted with actors like Justin Timberlake in Friends With Benefits and starred in Bad Moms, among others. She is a household name in Hollywood.

Kunis does have a few actress doppelgangers. Sarah Hyland of Modern Family fame was mistaken for Mila Kunis and vice versa more than once, according to the actress. She said in an interview, “I met her ten years ago. I was very excited to meet her. I was such a massive fan, and everyone always told me that I looked like her, but the first time I met her, she’s like, ‘I get confused as you all the time, and I love it, I take it as a compliment because you’re younger than I am. So, sometimes I go along with it.'”

However, it is not Sarah Hyland that the actress was mistaken for when exiting the set for Jimmy Kimmel’s show. Instead, a fan thought Kunis was Megan Fox and asked her to sign a poster of the Transformers star. Kunis responded to the fan kindly, saying, “I love her! That’s Megan Fox. She’s fantastic, and the fact that you thought I was her — but I love that you thought that I was her.”

The mix-up was understandable because Kunis wore a mask covering half her face. Fans waited outside the building where the Jimmy Kimmel Show was filmed. They surprised the actress, who graciously signed different fan merchandise. The only thing Kunis did not sign was Megan Fox’s poster and a photo of her in a swimsuit.

Fans have also pointed out that Mila Kunis looked like Odeya Rush, Vanessa Hudgens, and even Emma Stone. Some comparisons are uncanny, but others are just comparing a similarity in one aspect of the actress’s face. Nevertheless, anyone who has seen Mila Kunis’ work would agree that she is one of a kind in Hollywood, no matter how many lookalikes she has.

She has a few awards to her name, including a Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild awards for her past performances. Currently, her newest project was the Netflix film “Luckiest Girl Alive” which she was promoting on Jimmy Kimmel, after which the mistaken identity incident happened.

In true Mila Kunis, she took the situation in stride with a smile and a kind response to the mistaken fan. Her humor and kindness are what made her so well-liked in the industry.
