OnePlus is all set to introduce the OnePlus 12 and the OnePlus 12R smartphones in India on January 23. These devices are confirmed to go on sale in India via Amazon. We are also aware of the specifications of these devices as well, considering that both of them are already launched in China.
Now, while we wait for the official launch, the pricing and sale date of the OnePlus 12 is revealed by tipster Abhishek Yadav on X (formerly Twitter).
OnePlus 12R Sale Tipped To Start in February
The OnePlus 12 price will start at $781 for the base 12GB RAM model. The variant with 16GB of RAM will retail for $842 as per the leak. The sale of the OnePlus 12 will commence on January 30, whereas the OnePlus 12R will go on sale in the country in February i.e. next month, as per the tipster.
The OnePlus 12 features a 6.82-inch AMOLED display with a 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC which is paired with up to 24GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. Furthermore, the device features a 50MP triple-camera setup, a 32MP selfie camera, and a 5,400mAh battery which supports 100W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging.
As for the OnePlus 12R, this smartphone is supposed to arrive as a rebrand of the OnePlus Ace 3, which made its debut in China earlier this month. The OnePlus 12R is expected to feature a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, up to 16GB of RAM, 1TB of internal storage, 50MP triple-camera setup, 16MP selfie camera, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
