Redmi K70 series is expected to be released soon. The lineup is expected to include three models: the Redmi K70, the Redmi K70 Pro and the Redmi K70E. The vanilla Redmi K70 model has now received China’s 3C certification and this reveals the model number and also the fast charging details ahead of the announcement.
Redmi K70 to come with 90W fast charging
According to the latest report from MySmartPrice, the upcoming Redmi K70’s 3C certification confirms the model number 2311DRK48C The handset will have 5G network support, which is expected.
The Redmi K70 will have support for up to 90W fast charging. Apart from these details, no other hardware specifications are disclosed via the 3C certification. The Redmi K70 series will succeed the Redmi K60 lineup.
The Redmi K70 is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, the Pro variant could ship with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and lastly, the Redmi K70E will arrive with the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ SoC.
The release date for the Redmi K70 series has been hinted at in the MIUI 15 software versions, which are built on Android 14. The report also confirms that there are three models – Redmi K70E with 23113RKC6C model number, Redmi K70 with model number 2311DRK48C and the Redmi K70 Pro with model number 23117RK66C – and they will run on MIUI 15 based on Android 14 out of the box.
