In the last couple of days, we have seen some prototypes of Tesla Cybertruck on the streets. Also, some days ago, it got spotted in the wrap which gives it a look more like Ford F-150 lightning. Now moving ahead, it once again got spotted next to another pick truck, which enable people to make size comparisons. This time, it is found standing next to a Rivian R1T.
Since we are already a few weeks away from the first Tesla Cybertruck deliveries. And still, we don’t have the finalized revelation of the specs and dimensions of the electric pickup truck.
Also, most of the things about it, we were able to know at the time of the unveiling of the prototype in 2019. At the same time, it probably to be outdated as the vehicle evolved on its path to its production journey over the last four years. On the other hand, Tesla appears to keep its Cybertruck details confidential to its chest. While it is only predicted to release them at its delivery event next month.
Nevertheless, the automaker has lately confirmed that it expects the Cybetruck to be “the first sub-19 ft pickup truck with four doors and a bed over six feet.” The same gives us an indication of the size and proportions of the truck. Now a Cybertruck was found to appear next to a Rivian R1T. This enables us to expand our imagination further with respect to the size of the truck.
Size Specs of Cybertruck vs Rivian R1T
As depicted by the picture, the camera angle makes the R1T look larger. But, in order to make a tentative size comparison, it helps to a great extent. Especially width that looks more than the Cybertruck. As revealed by the Rivian, the R1T is 6.5 feet (2,007 mm) wide.
When it comes to size specs of Rivian R1T, which is 217.1 inches (5.51 m) long compared to the Cybertruck. Now, the same is less than 228 inches (5.79 m). The measurement is based on the information freshly released by Tesla.
Cybertruck is evidently 6 feet long compared to the R1T’s 4.5-foot bed. While, as per the picture this surprisingly looks reciprocal to this since its shape is a little confusing from this angle.
