The upcoming Vivo X100s Pro smartphone in the Google Play Console is listed with model number PD2324. It is revealed that the X100s Pro will be powered by a MediaTek chipset. The chipset has the MT6989 codename.
The model number confirms that Vivo will equip the device with the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC. The chipset features one Cortex X4 core clocked at 3.25GHz, three Cortex X4 cores at 2.85GHz, four Cortex A720 cores at 2.0GHz, and a Mali G720 GPU.
The Dimensity 9300 SoC will pair with up to 16GB of RAM and is expected to debut in other configurations. The X100s Pro will run Android 14 out of the box most likely based on OriginOS 4.
The smartphone’s display could support a resolution of 1260×2800 pixels and a pixel density of 560 PPI.
