Stevie Wonder is a dad to nine kids. He shares his eldest child, daughter Aisha, with ex-partner Yolanda Simmons. He also has sons Keita and Mumtaz from previous relationships, as well as children Sophia (with wife Kai Millard) and Kwame (with former girlfriend Melody McCully). Wonder married Tomeeka Robyn Bracy in 2017 after being together for two years.
Stevland Hardaway Morris, better known by his stage name Wonder, has a large blended family. He has five boys and two girls with different women. Most of Stevie Wonder’s children now have successful careers. His eldest, Aisha Morris (pictured above), is a singer and performer who has been nominated for a Grammy Award. Unlike her father, she didn’t pursue music as a career but continues to work in the industry. She was also recently featured on an episode of “The Voice” alongside her son Zion Jr., where they performed together.
Meanwhile, Stevie’s other children are also following in their father’s musical footsteps. His son Keita is a DJ, producer, and songwriter. In 2009 he was arrested for domestic violence in Los Angeles; as reported previously by TMZ. Born in 1977, Keita is now a father to teenage son Asmar and young daughter Lula Mae. As for Stevie’s third child Mumtaz has similarly taken after their father’s footsteps and is an R&B artist according to Black Image magazine; he studied business at a college in Virginia.
Some of his children also pursued a modeling career.
Stevie Wonder’s second eldest daughter Sophia Morris is a producer, activist, and philanthropist. In 2020, she designed a Braille necklace with jeweler Boodaddy Diamonds as part of her work advocating for visually-impaired children. She turned 38 on July 14th 2023. Meanwhile her younger brother Kwame is also successful in the modeling industry and has worked with brands like Pepsi and Heineken thus far at just 22 years old. Stevie’s son Kailand (pictured above) is also a model who has already modeled for high-end brands such as Dior, Louis Vuitton, Fendi etc., among others at only 22 years old! He launched his own label called House of KIM in partnership with Italian luxury fashion house Iceberg earlier this year too which Kanye West collaborated on per Rolling Stone magazine.
Mandla, Stevie’s half-brother and son from his first marriage, has also become a fashion designer. He released a line of streetwear called Kai Milla in collaboration with the New York Times. Mandla previously competed on “Dancing With the Stars: Juniors” where he finished in fifth place. As for Stevie’s children—his daughter Zaiah was born February 2013, while her sister Nia was born December 2014–all three were reportedly conceived during his second wife Angélica María Rivera’s pregnancy.
