YouTube officially launched Multiview feature

Youtube Multiview Feature

After testing the new multiview feature for several months, the YouTube developer team is now officially announced (via Twitter) the launch of a highly anticipated new feature – Multiview for YouTube TV.

Multiview feature

YouTube has been testing this feature since March this year. At first, they tried it for sports content, but after some checks, they expanded it to other types of events. Now, the team is ready to introduce this feature to users who have the WNBA League Pass subscription for the next NFL season.

The all-new Multiview feature lets users watch up to four streams of content simultaneously. It will be officially available on YouTube TV, and if you have the WNBA Primetime channel subscription on regular YouTube, you can also use this feature.

Meanwhile, you can also enjoy Multiview on smart TVs and different streaming devices like Google Chromecast and Amazon Fire TV. So, you can watch multiple things at once, which could be handy for sports fans or those who like to keep up with various events.

Additionally, the Mountain View tech giant also confirmed that mobile devices and the Web do not support multiple views. Furthermore, we can also expect that the Google team will soon expand the availability of this feature globally and that it will also include other sports.
