As per the latest report, the Windows OS maker Microsoft is now adding some new features to Copilot on Windows 11. Windows latest discovered three experimental new features – auto-start at boot, unpin and change its pane size.
In Windows 11 23H2 or Moment 4, Copilot does not start running immediately after the user starts the system, but this may change in the future. Microsoft is testing a new optional feature in Windows 11 preview builds that allows Copilot to automatically open at system startup.
Once enabled, Copilot will automatically open when users start their Windows PC Microsoft is also testing another feature that would give users greater control over Windows Copilot. As shown in the image below, users will soon be able to unpin the pane, allowing other apps to open on top of the AI pane.
