Apple to introduce the new iPhone 16 series in 2024. Now, according to the latest report, the new and upcoming devices are to get a new L-shaped battery design.
As per the tipster KosutamiSan prototype battery post, Apple may continue to use its L-shaped battery design, and may introduce a metal shell covering over the battery.
iPhone 16 Pro Battery Prototype Leaked
As per the leaked prototype image, the iPhone 16 Pro may have a battery capacity of 3355mAh, which is slightly larger compared to the 3274mAh on the latest iPhone 15 Pro.
As these are early prototypes, the final specifications of the iPhone 16 Pro could be slightly different. Apple already has pressure from the European Union for the European EcoDesign Directive which sets new regulations for battery endurance on smartphones and tablets.
