MagSafe for iPads Could Soon Become a Reality
As per the latest report from Macrumors, the upcoming iPad Pro might include support for MagSafe wireless charging. The tip comes from a source that produces magnets for Apple’s products.
Apple will also be required to use stronger magnets to keep the iPad firmly attached to the MagSafe pad. It will be interesting to see how Apple overcomes these hurdles if it decides to introduce MagSafe on iPads.
Apple’s next iPad Pro may also finally make the switch to OLED screens. The latest iPad still use the Liquid Retina XDR LCD screens which is a slightly dated technology as compared to OLED screens on the iPhones.
