Google is working on a successor to the Google Pixel Fold launched in May 2023. Android Authority has exclusively revealed the hands-on images of the forthcoming foldable device.

The company is looking to skip a visor-like camera module with the forthcoming foldable smartphone. It could sport a rectangular camera island with rounded edges. The camera island will be placed at the top left of the smartphone and will sport a quad-cameras and an LED flash. Check it out below.
The hands-on images (shared by an anonymous source) are of the prototype of the Pixel Fold 2. It is suggested that Google will skip the visor-like camera module with the forthcoming foldable smartphone. It could sport a rectangular camera island with rounded edges.
The prototype pictures confirm that Google will equip the foldable smartphone with a narrower cover screen, which could be similar to the OnePlus Open’s form factor.
As for the specs, a recent report revealed the chipset and other key details of the upcoming Google Pixel Fold 2 smartphone. It could come with the Tensor G4 chipset with the codename “zumapro’” along with up to 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
