Hyundai’s forthcoming IONIQ 7 was spotted and compared to the Kia EV9 before of its official launch. From the year 2020, Hyundai has been promising to release the three-row IONIQ 7, in order to place alongside its first exclusive EV, the IONIQ 5 and the IONIQ 6 electric sedan.
The Korean automaker revealed the IONIQ 7 concept first time at Automobility LA. And thereby introducing the futuristic-looking, compact, all-electric bigger SUV. Hyundai mentions that SEVEN “goes way beyond the idea of just transporting you.” Rather it dictates an open “premium lounge” interior that substantially provides users more freedom.
When it comes it comes to its technical specifications, the wheelbase has been stretched out as it is higher at a class-leading 3.2 meters. Additionally, the concept comprises a Vision Roof Display along with a panoramic OLED screen. This can be adjusted as per choice and a mini fridge as well. The forthcoming SUV is built on Hyundai’s E-GMP platform. Notably, the same used to power the IONIQ 5 and IONIQ 6 respectively.
In order to bring more optimal efficiency, the EV breaks the typical SUV mold with an “Aerodynamically Pure Form.” This showcases the low leading edge of the hood, single curvature streamlined roof, and extended wheelbase.

Before, its launch next year, Hyundai’s IONIQ 7 was seen and also posted on social media recently through ‘The Korean Car Blog.’ Among various, one of the most appealing features is the slim upper LED lights with distinct lower ones, active grille, and front center sensor.
As per the source, the Hyundai three-row EV has the same wheelbase as the EV9, while the suspension and body appearance are nearly identical. However, the A-pillar is comparatively lower. This can be easily identifiable when you look at the vehicle in a head-to-head comparison. In addition to this, the IONIQ 7 seems to be a little larger than the EV9.
