OnePlus and Sony have officially announced that the OnePlus 12 will be the world’s first smartphone to feature Sony’s brand new LYTIA mobile image sensor.
In June Sony announced that it would be expanding its LYTIA image sensor lineup with new 50-megapixel products, so the sensor in question is expected to be the 50MP IMX 966 which is believed to be 1/1.4-inch and uses Sony’s stacked 2-layer transistor pixel technology.
