OPPO Reno 12 series is expected to launch in the market soon. The lineup could include at least two models: the Reno 12 and Reno 12 Pro.
Now, a new leak on Weibo sheds some more light on the Reno 12 series specifications, including the chipset.

The Reno 12 series will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 and Dimensity 9200 Plus chipsets. In comparison, the Reno 11 and Reno 11 Pro came with Dimensity 8200 and the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipsets.
The leak says the Reno 12 will come with an FHD+ display, while the Pro variant could bear a 1.5K panel.
Both screens are said to feature micro curvature on all four sides, a plastic middle frame, and a glass back panel.
The phones are expected to come with a 50MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom. The OPPO Reno 12 series is tipped to come with 80W fast charging support.
While no other details are revealed in the new leak, earlier reports said the Reno 12 Pro could come with a 6.7-inch 1.5K display and reiterated the same Dimensity 9200+ chipset. In addition to the 50MP telephoto sensor, there will be a 50MP primary camera and an 8MP third sensor. We could get a 50MP snapper on the front for selfies. The Reno 12 Pro is tipped to pack a 5,000mAh battery.
