POCO is to launch its F6 series smartphones in the global markets. Ahead of the official debut, Camera, RAM, and storage details leaked.
POCO F6: Specifications
The POCO F6 smartphone to come with a 50MP Sony IMX920 primary camera. A previous leak suggested that the device would sport a dual camera setup, comprising a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary camera and an 8MP ultrawide Sony IMX 355 camera. The vanilla F6 was also said to sport an OmniVision OV20B40 sensor for selfies, which is believed to be a 20MP selfie camera. However, it seems this won’t be the case now.
The report adds that the AMOLED display of the upcoming device will be protected with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. POCO will not include the 3.5mm headphone jack with the device, much like the recently launched smartphones.
The smartphone is tipped to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC. The smartphone is also expected to support LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. It is tipped to debut as a rebrand of the Redmi Turbo 3, which recently made its debut in China, alongside the Redmi Pad Pro tablet.
The POCO F6 is also expected to include a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone will run HyperOS, based on Android 14.
