Qualcomm announced the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3, the most powerful chipset yet in the Snapdragon 7 series. The new Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset offers performance upgrades with a focus on on-device generative AI.

The latest chipset comes with AI features. It also supports several large language models (LLMs) and large vision models (LVMs). The chipset is also capable of AI-powered multi-language translation and transcription.
Qualcomm says the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 has a 15 percent improved Kyro CPU and 45 percent Adreno GPU. It has 1 prime core up to 2.8GHz, four performance cores up to 2.6GHz, and three efficiency cores up to 1.9GHz.
In terms of RAM and storage, it supports up to 24GB LP-DDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.
This chipset can support up to 36MP triple camera, 64MP + 36MP dual camera, 108MP single camera, and up to 200MP photos. It also features AI-based face detection, Google Ultra HDR photo capture, 4K HDR video capture, and more.
It’s equipped with the Snapdragon X63 5G Modem-RF System, and the chipset brings Wi-Fi 7 support for the first time on a Snapdragon 7-series.
The Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 supports up to QHD+ display at 120Hz display, and 4K at 60Hz. It also comes with HDR10, HDR10+, HDR vivid, and Dolby Vision.
