Realme is bringing its new Realme 12 Pro series smartphone on January 29. The lineup will include three devices such as the Realme 12 Pro, Realme 12 Pro+, and the Realme 12 Pro Max.
Now, ahead of the official debut, the device was spotted on the Geekbench. The benchmark listing revealed the key hardware specifications of the handset. The brand has now confirmed the camera details of the Realme 12 Pro series.
Realme 12 Pro Series And 120x Zoom
As revealed by the company via its official Twitter handle, the Realme 12 Pro series will feature a 64MP periscope lens with a 120x zoom. This 64MP sensor will have a 1/2-inch size. The brand has also confirmed that the lineup will sport a 50MP camera (Sony IMX890 sensor) with OIS support.
The base Realme 12 Pro model is rumoured to boast a 200MP primary camera, similar to that of the last year’s Realme 11 Pro+.
The previous leak courtesy of the Geekbench listing had revealed that the Realme 12 Pro+ will feature Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC and 12GB of RAM. The device is supposed to run Android 14 out of the box with the company’s Realme UI 4.0 skin on top.

Both the Realme 12 Pro and the Pro+ are rumoured to boast a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. These devices are likely to pack a 5,000mAh battery which could support 67W fast charging. As for the Realme 12 Pro, it could be powered by Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset.
The Realme 12 Pro series also might include a third device, dubbed as Realme 12 Pro Max, for which key specifications were leaked recently. The device is supposed to feature a 6.7-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 8GB of RAM, and a triple-camera setup. The camera module on the device might include a 50MP IMX890 sensor with OIS and a 64MP OIS periscope portrait camera.
