Android Auto with version 11.3 beta
Android Auto can be considered the solution studied by the team of the Mountain View giant to provide users with a convenient assistant for their travels, all with the primary objective of allowing the driver of a vehicle to maintain a fixed concentration. On the road, exploiting the potential of Google Assistant for managing multimedia aspects and communicating with your contacts.
At the beginning of this year the Android Auto team introduced an interesting new navigation feature: we are referring to the display of buildings in 3D on Google Maps while driving .
Well, with the 11.3 beta version of Android Auto this innovation is made available to a wider audience of users and this new interface is shown by default (this also happens when Google Maps shows 3D buildings on a smartphone only when it is manually enabled the setting).
It appears that 3D buildings only appear when Android Auto is in clear mode, and the feature can be turned off through the Google Maps settings menu.
