Apple is all set to uncover its new iPhone 15 series on September 12th or 13th this year. The new iPhones will launch globally including India and go on sale in a week or so. Now, according to the information, Apple has finally started assembling the iPhone 15 Series in India.

Apple has started assembling iPhones in India through its partner manufacturers, Foxconn, Pegatron and Wistron (now overtaken by Tata), all located in South India.
Despite the iPhone’s huge popularity in India Apple’s market share is still fairly low but it has been slowly increasing with the last reported number 5.1 percent according to Counterpoint Research.
Currently, the company has assembled $7 billion worth of units so far in the last financial year, according to a Bloomberg report. Now, almost 7 percent of Apple’s iPhones are produced in India.
