Samsung has finally started rolling out the August 2023 security update to the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S23 Series, Galaxy Z Fold 3 and more. In the latest Samsung security bulletin, the company fixes over 70 security flaws found in Galaxy smartphones and tablets.
August 2023 Samsung security patch is rolling out for these devices
As per the latest information, the all-new security patch firmware update for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra comes with the build number S90xEXXS6CWG9. The update is available in some Latin American countries, including Brazil, Chile, and Colombia.
The unlocked variant of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 comes with firmware version F926U1UES4FWG7 in the US. It is available on Dish Wireless’s mobile network.
Meanwhile, the new software update for the Galaxy A54 5G is rolling out with the build number A546EXXS4AWG4. The update has been released in Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, and Uruguay.

For your information, Samsung introduced the Galaxy Z Fold 3 in the second half of 2021 with Android 11 onboard. It received the Android 12 update in 2021 and the Android 13 update in the fourth quarter of 2022. The company is expected to send a One UI 6 update as well.
