The South Korean tech giant has started rolling out the One UI 6 beta update to its eligible devices. The device which is currently getting the latest One UI 6 update are the foldable phone, A-Series phone, S-Series phone and more.
Samsung has now released another beta update for the foldable flagship phone, listing a variety of fixes and known issues.
Galaxy Z Fold 5 latest One UI 6 updates
According to the latest information, the first One UI 6.0 beta update had firmware version ZWJ2, now the new firmware is available with the build number ZWJ4.
For your information, the update is rolling out with the size of 1GB, and it, too, comes with the October 2023 security patch included.
New One UI 6.0 beta update changes and known issues
Samsung says the new One UI 6.0 beta update for the Galaxy Z Fold 5 addresses a number of problems that have caused apps to crash in certain scenarios. The official changelog reads as follows:
- Fixed the terminated issue when entering text with S Pen on Samsung Note.
- Fixed the display issue when resizing after changing orientation in 3 multi-window.
- Fixed the Taskbar not displayed intermittently.
- Fixed the terminated issue when applying photo Portrait effect in Gallery.
- Fixed issue where Apps and Widgets that are set up at Home disappear.
- Many other improvements.
