Google TV has improved significantly thanks to the latest update
Recently, Google TV platform has been receiving a particularly interesting update, thanks to which the products powered by the system in question essentially become better.
As announced by the company itself, the update in question improves speed by optimizing Google TV’s memory usage to guarantee users a smoother browsing experience in the user interface, while ensuring that apps open faster .
System applications will now be able to use less memory , making them lighter (the size of pre-installed apps is reduced during the initial setup of Google TV to free up more storage space) and faster to run
The second new feature introduced by the update concerns the Live tab, dedicated to free TV channels which currently has over 800 options; Thanks to the latest update, the tab in question has been enriched with two new categories.
The first allows users to quickly access the section containing recently viewed channels, while the second highlights free news channels based on the user’s location.
