OnePlus 12R is expected to launch globally alongside the OnePlus 12 in January and we now get our most up-to-date leaked specs thanks to reliable tipster Max Jambor.

OnePlus 12R is reportedly fitted with a curved 6.78-inch LTPO 4.0 OLED display with a 1-120Hz adaptive refresh rate and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. The device will be equipped with last year’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB UFS 4.0 storage.
There will be a 50MP main cam using an IMX890 sensor alongside an 8MP ultrawide and a 2MP macro lens. The phone is also expected to feature a 5,500 mAh battery with 100W fast charging.
OnePlus 12R will come in Iron Gray and Cool Blue colors and is expected to launch on January 4 in China while its international debut will coincide with the OnePlus 12 global launch which is scheduled for January 23.

OnePlus 12R smartphone has a rear 50-megapixel IMX890 lens (OIS) + 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle + 32-megapixel IM709 telephoto lens (2x zoom), and a front-facing 16-megapixel lens. In addition, the phone is equipped with a 5500mAh battery, supports 100W wired fast charging, and has a metal frame.
The company has already confirmed that the device will sport an X1 oriental screen jointly developed by OnePlus and BOE. OnePlus officials previously claimed that the forthcoming OnePlus smartphone will feature the best display in the industry. It will get a peak brightness of 4500 nits.
The display is also teased to set industry standards in eye protection by incorporating high-frequency PWM dimming, blue light filtering, and DC Dimming.
A hands-on image leaked on Weibo confirms that the device features a 6.82-inch display. The company equips the smartphone with an independent P1 Display chip for better efficiency and performance. The display has also received DisplayMate A+ certification.
The upcoming LYT-808 sensor is rumoured to be an improved Sony IMX 966 sensor. OnePlus also teases that it has a flagship-grade ultra-wide-angle lens and a periscope telephoto sensor.
