Priscilla Presley and granddaughter Riley Keough and Reach Settlement

It looks like Priscilla Presley and her granddaughter, Riley Keough, have reached a settlement in regard to the estate of Riley’s late mother, Lisa Marie Presley. Priscilla’s lawyer stated to the judge presiding over the case on Tuesday that “the parties would like to report that they’ve reached a settlement.” There will be one more hearing in August.

This agreement is in regard to the dispute Priscilla had brought against the Promenade Trust, which was left to Riley, Lisa Marie’s oldest child, as the beneficiary of her mothers estate – which included a whopping combined amount of $110 million between the Graceland mansion and a stake in Elvis Presley Enterprises.

Priscilla had disputed the amendment to her daughter’s will, made in 2016, which stated that Lisa Marie had removed Priscilla Presley and former business manager, Barry Siegel, as co-trustees, and replaced them with her children Riley and Benjamin Keough before Benjamin’s death. She also called into question the authenticity of Lisa Marie’s signature on the documents.

All of this comes after reports that the mother-daughter duo were barely on speaking terms over the course of the last years of Lisa Marie’s life.

Both Riley and Priscilla’s lawyers have stated that they will be seeking to seal the agreement, so we shouldn’t expect too many details from that.

Riley’s attorney, Justin Gold, stated that “she is very content” with the outcome.
