Samsung has recently launched the new foldable phones the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5. The South Korean tech giant has also revealed the price of these new products in the global market.
Now, one more device from the Galaxy S23 lineup has now appeared online. It seems, Samsung has reportedly working on a new Galaxy S23 FE phone launch later this year. Moments after the confirmation, a new listing of the Galaxy S23 FE 5G on the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC) revealed some details.
The listing confirms that the upcoming Galaxy S23 FE 5G will launch with support for wireless charging.
Samsung Galaxy S23 FE 5G Specifications [Expected]
The Samsung Galaxy S23 FE 5G smartphone is expected to launch later this year. Ahead of the official debut, the Galaxy S23 FE has visited the WPC certification website.
As per the WPC listing, the Galaxy S23 FE has the model number SM-S711U. The variant of the device was tested on the WPC website with 4.4W of wireless charging. We can expect the device to offer faster wireless charging support. The Galaxy S21 FE, in comparison, offers 15W wireless charging support. The same can be expected for the Galaxy S23 FE.
The phone will launch with a triple-camera setup followed by the Galaxy S23 base model and an LED flash on the back. Each camera sensor is placed inside a circular cutout on the back.
Earlier, the Galaxy S23 FE was also spotted on the Geekbench website. The global variant of the phone will feature an Exynos 2200 SoC, whereas the US variant of the phone will pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. Both variants of the phone were listed on Geekbench with 8GB of RAM. The devices are also running Android 13 and will likely have a layer of One UI 5.1 on top.
In terms of display, the S23 FE variant is said to launch with a 6.4-inch AMOLED display. It is expected to feature a Full HD+ resolution display with support for a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is also rumored to feature a 50MP primary camera sensor.
