Xiaomi is all set to launch the flagship Xiaomi 14 series smartphone in global markets. These new devices are coming with the Leica partnership and the company will launch on February 25 at the MWC 2024 event.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra to get 2 variants
As per the internal source, Xiaomi will debut the smartphone in a special edition with a titanium frame as well. The standard variant will continue to sport an aluminium frame. Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi 14 Pro smartphone in a similar special edition with a titanium frame.
The company will bring the smartphone in 12GB + 256GB, 16GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 1TB configurations in China. A reliable tipster Yogesh Brar revealed the key specifications of the 14 Ultra smartphone. The post divulges that Xiaomi will equip the smartphone with a 6.73-inch OLED display with a QHD+ resolution.
The OLED panel will sport a refresh rate of 120Hz with support for LTPO technology. The device will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and Adreno 750 GPU.
It will run on HyperOS based on Android 14 out of the box. Xiaomi will continue to equip the device with a circular camera island with quad rear cameras.
For optics, it will have a 50MP primary sensor with a 1-inch sensor size and variable aperture support. The sensor will be paired with a 50MP ultra-wide lens, a 50MP telephoto sensor with 3.2x zoom, and a 50MP periscope telephoto sensor with 5x zoom.
