After the update to One UI 6 and Android 14 being distributed these days , Samsung Galaxy A54 5G and Galaxy A53 5G welcome compatibility with Camera Assistant starting from version 2.0.01.0.
For those who don’t know what we’re talking about, Camera Assistant is an app that is part of the Good Lock suite , but which you can actually also install separately: it provides even more advanced features for the photographic sector of Samsung Galaxy smartphones, including Auto HDR, Automatic lens switching (to automatically choose the most suitable lens based on zoom, lighting and distance from the subject), Distortion correction, the ability to choose between quality or speed of shots, to change the camera timeout (from 1 to 10 minutes), to select various options for multiple shots (with customizable timers) and much more.
Camera Assistant should also arrive on Samsung Galaxy A73 as soon as the update to One UI 6 appears. A few months ago, Samsung promised to expand the compatibility of the app for mid-range models, and it seems that it is keeping its word . Installing Camera Assistant on Samsung Galaxy A54 5G, Galaxy A53 5G and other compatible Android smartphones from the Galaxy range is very simple: all you have to do is go to the Galaxy Store.
