Google is now working on the artificial intelligence voice and an example is represented since the recent launch of Gemini but with Google Pixel 9 the Mountain giant View could reach a new level.
According to the latest rumours, in fact, Google’s team of developers is apparently working on “Pixie”, the name behind which it hides what should be an AI assistant that could be launched right alongside the company’s next generation of flagship smartphones.
Google Pixie
According to a report from The Information, the Mountain View giant is working on an assistant based on artificial intelligence which should remain an exclusive solution for Google Pixel series devices.
It seems that Pixie, thanks to the potential offered by artificial intelligence, could end up evolving into a much more personalized version of what is currently Google Assistant, including the ability to carry out complex and multimodal activities (an example could be suggesting directions to the nearest store to purchase a specific product you have just photographed).
Pixie could be ready for the official debut with the Google Pixel 9 series, whose presentation should be scheduled for next autumn.
It remains to be seen whether this special assistant will remain an exclusive feature of the Google Pixel 9 series (and subsequent ones) or whether, on the contrary, within a few weeks the Mountain View giant will decide to implement it for older models too.
We remind you that Google is also working on Assistant with Bard, a special version of its current assistant but which should be a different solution from Pixie.
